• You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• All payment information is accurate and complete.
• Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy.
• RapidVit is not liable for any losses due to unauthorized use of your payment method.

6. Service Provider Conduct

All RapidVit service providers undergo verification. However, RapidVit does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided. Users are encouraged to:

• Rate and review service providers after each booking.
• Report any inappropriate behavior through the app.
• Ensure a safe environment for service providers at your location.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the RapidVit platform, including but not limited to logos, text, images, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of RapidVit and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RapidVit shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits.
